What is the Voluntary Programme on Circular Economy (VPCE)?
Faced with the accelerated growth of pollution due to inadequate waste management worldwide, Cercarbono, a multidisciplinary organisation and expert in the creation of programmes and initiatives to mitigate climate change in the voluntary carbon market and Global Zero Waste, as a leading organisation in the development of international projects and standards of circular economy in the flow of materials, have formed a strategic alliance to jointly develop the Voluntary Programme on Circular Economy (VPCE), according to their Cercarbono and Global Zero Waste standards.

Validation and Verification Body (VVB) Approval Process
Note: The approval process of the VVBs has an estimated duration of 30 to 60 calendar days, subject to the VVBs response times.
* The representative from the VVB can initiate the approval process by sending an email to globalzerowaste@cercarbono.com, attaching the Request for Accreditation as a Validation and Verification Body.
