Climate change is a problem that is causing severe changes on the planet. This is largely due to C2O emissions, which continue to rise year after year, and as a result, the Earth’s temperature is now 1.1°C higher than it was at the end of the 19th century.

The consequences of climate change include, among others, intense droughts, water scarcity, large forest fires, sea level rise, floods, melting of the poles, storms and loss of biodiversity, which directly incurs different problems for the world population and society.

For us, it is important to strengthen the relationship with all the players in this market. The trust that the 104 projects registered in different countries have placed in Cercarbono to date is what drives us the most to continue working on the construction of a solid standard that accompanies them and helps them achieve their objectives.
